These Terms of Use govern the access and use of the website alize-fan.org, including all editorial reviews, acoustic articles, transit guides, and community interactive tools. The website is provided free of charge for cultural enrichment and spectator education.

2. Non-Commercial Cultural Purpose

All critical commentary, seating recommendations, stagecraft analyses, and event timing schedules are compiled in good faith. Show programs, casting, running times, and box office policies are subject to modification by the official show producers without prior notification. Readers are advised to confirm critical travel reservations with the official theater box office.

Users who contribute spectator reviews or commentary agree to adhere to respectful community standards:

Submissions must reflect genuine firsthand theatergoer observations.
No commercial solicitations, ticket scalping listings, or affiliate spam are allowed.
Profane, defamatory, discriminatory, or unlawful content is strictly prohibited.
The editorial team retains full authority to moderate, format, or remove submissions that breach these standards.

4. Intellectual Property & Nominative Fair Use

The original literary compositions, layout architectures, analytical diagrams, and editorial reviews on this site are the copyrighted property of ALIZÉ Berlin Journal.

Trademarks such as Cirque du Soleil® and ALIZÉ™ are referenced exclusively under nominative fair use to describe and critique the cultural performance in Berlin. Nothing herein confers any license or endorsement from trademark proprietors.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permissible under applicable German and EU law, ALIZÉ Berlin Journal, its editors, and volunteer contributors shall not be liable for any damages arising out of reliance upon the information provided herein, including but not limited to transit delays, venue schedule alterations, or ticket cancellations executed by third parties.
